If an item received is not as ordered by you, please send a picture of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91-22-26460170 immediately upon receipt of the product within 7 working days. Wherever possible, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the incorrect product from you and replace it with correct product, as per your order. In case, a pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can book the product through Speed Post courier service of Indian Postal Service and share tracking details. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. DO NOT OPEN OR USE THE PRODUCT. There will not be any refund of money in lieu of goods returned. Also note that prepaid orders once confirmed and processed shall not be cancelled or eligible for any refunds or replacement or exchange with other products.
To process your request for replacement (in-case of incorrect item delivered against your order):
- Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition.
- Opened or used product pack will not be accepted for replacement.
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers will not be accepted for replacement.
- Goods damaged in Transit will not be accepted for replacement.
- Product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered will not be accepted for replacement.
